A NOTE TO TRAINERS As a trainer who works with juniors and adult riders, you understand the time, commitment and dedication that riders put into our sport. No doubt, when you were a junior yourself, you would have welcomed a book such as Who's Who at the Horse Shows, commemorating those years with all your important accomplishments as well as photos of the horse show friends you made along the way. It is for this very reason that Who's Who at the Horse Shows is being published–and it is for this reason also that we encourage you to participate in it. No doubt, many of your own students will appear in the pages of the book, so please round it out for them by including your profile as well! We also ask you to encourage your students to submit a listing to the book. Oftentimes, a child may be too shy or too modest to submit a listing. In such a case, a suggestion from the trainer goes a very long way! Remember, every division is welcomed, and we are looking for the riders who are successful in their divisions, at every level. If you have students who will be appearing in the book, and if you wish to order a copy for yourself, please give us a call for the special rates we have just for trainers. Remember, books can be purchased by advance reservation only. It will not be possible to purchase a book AFTER it is printed. Also keep in mind that the northeast version of Who's Who at the Horse Shows is for 2007 only. We will not be publishing another one in this area for several years. Please be sure your students are not excluded! We believe this book will be a cherished memento of their horse show years, one that will become more valuable to them as the years unfold. We thank you for your participation–and we especially thank you for the dedication to our sport. |
